The Emerald City Senate is now accepting nominations for
                                     Vice-President and Secretary

The Senate nomination for new senate officers is now open.  Those members interested in the
positions must complete and  submit an Officer Candidate form to the Nomination/Elections
Committee. The nominee must submit the Officer Candidate form at a regular meeting.

The Senate Elections meeting will be held in August  2009, 1:00pm at AMF Imperial
Lanes.  Balloting will be done by mail.
